My printer is not an option in the dialogue box

While inside the software the two print options should be "Web Portal Printer" and "Microsoft XPS Document Writer".

1. Select "Web Portal Printer", then click on the "OK" button.
    At this point, the print job is transferred from the online server to the browser.

2. If this is the first time you are using the software, a second dialogue box will appear (see picture below). Select "Direct Print" and "Bypass this dialogue", the click on the "OK" button. In the future, this box will not appear.

3. The final screen will allow you to select print to your default printer or (by selecting "change") select another printer that you wish to print to.
