The second print dialogue doesn't appear

If the second print dialogue doesn't appear, it is more than likely an issue with a third-party print driver that is blocking the correct print driver when the print job moves from the software to the browser.  This issue has always been isolated to individual users and is happening outside of the database after the print job is processed.

1. Internet Explorer can be used as an alternative using Google Print.
      - In Google Chrome, type chrome://devices/
      - Select "Add Printers"
      - Select ONLY the primary printer you will be using from the list.  This will eliminate the questionable print drivers
      - Select "Add Printers"
      - Log on to Easytrak in Internet Explorer and select "Google Print" in the second screen.

2. Delete any questionable print drivers and potentially harmful programs from your computer.  This may take the work of an IT professional.
