The software is running slow

Try the following steps:

(1) Close all streaming services are closed (Pandora, Netflix, Amazon Music/Video, Hulu, etc.)
(2) Close your browser, wait 30 seconds, revisit the Easytrak portal.
(3) If the access still seems slow, reboot your computer. Once it restarts, revisit the Easytrak portal.
(4) If the access still seems slow, unplug your router and modem for 1 minute and then plug them back in.
(5) If the access still seems slow, visit www.speedtest.net
      - Your download speed should be at least 2.5 MBPS per user at the location. If you are using streaming services you will need higher speeds.
     - Your ping rate should be less than 20.
(6) If either of these numbers are outside of the acceptable range, contact your local internet provider and request additional internet speed.
